* Migrated the TeleVox Corporate office network to single sign-on via Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP technologies. This included all web-based applications, the IT helpdesk system, Red Hat Linux servers, and a migration to Exchange Server 2003. Reduced helpdesk tickets as fewer tickets were opened regarding expired logins.
* Led the project team that built and implemented a corporate intranet based on the IT Department’s Intranet portal using open source technology.
* Wrote the complete InfoSec policy for TeleVox and established procedures for patching, maintenance windows, security violations, and day to day network usage.
* Increased productivity and reduced expenditures by implementing open source network monitoring tools such as Cacti and Nagios, which provide centralized network monitoring, trending, and alerting for 200+ servers and network devices via email and SMS paging.

Network Administrator - IT Team Lead: Managed all aspects of the network and attached devices.
* Responsible for project management and overall technical lead for the IT department.
* Conducted security planning, implementation and monitoring. This included firewalls, IDS (both host and network based) and reviewing of logs.
* Conducted system monitoring, trending, and alerting for 200+ servers. Using various open source packages, the IT department had a complete view of the infrastructure from one portal.
* Oversaw the operation of the IT Helpdesk and its staff to ensure timely resolution on issues. Developed SLAs for various problems and projects.
